what we do
what we do
Executive coaching, shadowing, assessment or training: we focus on the future to build your personal repertoire of leadership behaviors that will make you become the people leader you want to be.
We advise your Top Team on collaboration, communication and decision making and help you assess and develop potential successors, building an inclusive and diverse workforce that delivers and engages.
We engage in mid- to long-term projects to offer a continuity in all strategic People & Culture (HR) areas to enhance progress, state-of-the-art processes and create value through your people.
I have designed and delivered top executive leadership development programs for potential successors to the Group ExCo at Zurich Insurance (Catalyst), comprising one module in Europe and 12 virtual modules with the best thinkers and executives from various industries and regions across the globe. This program won the CLO Learning Elite Bronze Award.
The Brighter Future Together program was designed to address the top strategic and leadership topics relevant throughout COVID19, it comprised 4 comprehensive virtual modules covering academic state-of-the-art research as well as most recent developments in business.

The Global Executive Development Program (EDP) is Amcor's first truly cross-business group and cross-regional leadership program for C-1 level executives (Vice Presidents). It has been developed in close collaboration with Amcor's CEO and Global Management Team (GMT), Duke Corporate Education and Roger L. Martin, who is currently named the world’s leading business thinker by Thinkers50, a biannual ranking of the most influential global business thinkers.
The program consists of 4 elements:
personal development (assessments and individual coaching),
professional development (3 modules on 3 continents covering strategy and talent, in 2017: Boston, Shanghai, Zurich),
site visits (in- and outside the box, in 2017: ABB, Bosch Sensortec, ARM, Novartis, MIT, the Boston Arts Academy and WWF),
strategic business projects that are presented to the Global Management Team in the last module.
